Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Free Shipping (3–5 business days): orders of $50 or more
- Standard (3–5 business days): $8.00 on orders under $50
- Express (1–2 business days): $15.00
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. We currently ship within the United States only.
Order tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account at novoweight.com to see your order status.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email hello@novoweight.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
Address changes
We can update a shipping address only before the order ships. Contact us right away at hello@novoweight.com if you need to change it.
